On this occasion, we created a custom menu for a friend, professional, and confrere, known as the Lord of Truffle, the only true sommelier of truffles. Behind this extraordinary menu are seven days of intense work, involving the search for local and sustainable products and numerous trials in the kitchen. This dedication culminated in a five-course menu, highly elaborate as requested by the client.

Every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring a unique gastronomic experience. From the combination of flavors to impeccable presentations, we crafted a culinary journey that celebrates truffles in all their magnificence.
