Behind the Scenes of St. Moritz Winter Events: My Experience in Luxury Catering
Every year, St. Moritz is transformed into the stage for internationally renowned winter events, such as the Snow Polo World Cup , White Turf and The ICE . These events not only celebrate elite sports, but also represent the pinnacle of elegance and luxury. My involvement as a caterer at these events has allowed me to offer unforgettable culinary experiences, contributing to the exclusive atmosphere that distinguishes them.
Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz: Elegance on Ice
The Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz is the only high-goal polo tournament played on snow, attracting the international elite since 1985. During this event, the frozen lake of St. Moritz is transformed into an arena where horses and players compete in a breathtaking setting. My collaboration with the organization allowed me to offer exclusive catering services in the VIP area, where guests could enjoy refined lunches accompanied by Perrier-Jouët champagne, enjoying a privileged view of the matches.
White Turf: Tradition and Culinary Innovation
White Turf is a unique event that combines horse racing, art and music in an unparalleled Alpine setting. Every year, more than 1,000 guests attend this event that takes place on three Sundays in February on the frozen lake. My participation as a caterer required the highest standards in creating a stylish "tent city"
The ICE St. Moritz: Classic Cars and Haute Cuisine
The ICE (International Concours of Elegance) is an event that celebrates the elegance of vintage cars and prototypes, offering enthusiasts the opportunity to admire historic vehicles in an exclusive setting. My participation as a caterer at this event has allowed me to create experiences that reflect the elegance and refinement of the cars on display, offering guests a culinary experience
